In 2018, I helped EP+Co win the AOR as LinkedIn's Global Social Media agency and worked on the account from 2018-2021.
As part of that relationship, I had the opportunity to help craft LinkedIn's first global social strategy - which was a wild and meta task - to develop a social strategy for a social media platform. But, it was an incredible opportunity in which I was the primary author of a 100+ page strategy and traveled around the world to help introduce it to the LinkedIn offices in Europe, China, and Singapore.
What became known as "Project Kondo" - a nod to Marie Kondo - was developed to clean up LinkedIn's disjointed global social presence and bring joy to those who follow us. Below are some of the core strategy slides and some examples of various content through those years.
